Dark Sky

Once on a night like this,
I walked alone with my music in my ears,
playing the occasional 'emo' songs,
and looking up in the dark stary sky,
I would just wonder so much...


Things in life just happen so fast,
one thing after another,
never slowing down for anyone,
and it would definitely not empathise anyone as well...
Reality is harsh,
and escaping it is just impossible...


Times like this just makes you wanna become stronger,
though you feel weak inside of you,
and feel inferior to others.
But you know you could do it,
if you really just wanted it badly enough.


Then came a cool breeze across your face,
refreshing your vitality and implying to you,
young man,
pick yourself up,
be strong and fight the many battles ahead,
if you don't even try hard enough,
you'll never know the outcome.


Suddenly your cheecks tweaked,
and a smile poped out.
Your legs felt re-energized,
and you decide to just be optimistic,
and continue the journey of life,
happily.
